2015 VW Touareg Gets a Facelift for the Beijing Motor Show

VW has announced that it is going to unveil the updated 2015 VW Touareg next week at the Beijing Motor Show.

VW has announced that it is going to unveil the updated 2015 VW Touareg next week at the Beijing Motor Show.
The 2015 Touareg gets an updated front fascia with headlights that are now larger and come standard with bi-xenon headlights. The grille has also now has four chrome bars instead of two on the 2014 model and lastly the bumper has been redesigned to give it a more horizontal effect. The rear gets a redesigned bumper.

Inside the 2015 Touareg gets an updated center stack with new rotary knobs. There are also more options for the leather trim and a long list of driver-assistance systems are now available, like camera monitoring, blind spot warning, adaptive cruise control and lane keeping assist.

The 2015 Touareg will be available with three different powertrains in the U.S. The standard V6 3.6L V6 packs 280 horsepower, while the more efficient hybrid mates a 3.0L V6 to an electric motor for a total output of 380 horsepower. If you choose the diesel-powered Touareg you’ll get a 3.0L V6 with 240 horsepower.

The 2015 VW Touareg arrives this summer.
