The second-generation 911 Carrera GTS is positioned between the Carrera S and the track-ready 911 GT3. It’s powered by a 3.8L flat-sic cylinder that generates 430 horsepower, 30 more than the Carrera S. When equipped with PDK, the 911 Carrera GTS sprints from zero to 60 miles per hour in 3.8 seconds (Cabriolet: 4.0 seconds) – which is one-tenth of a second faster than the S model. The GTS’s top speed ranges from 187 to 190 miles per hour, depending on drivetrain and transmission.

The 911 Carrera GTS borrows its body from the 911 Carrera 4 with its flared rear wheel arches and a wider track. It rides on standard 20-inch gloss black wheels and black trim strips on the air intake and black chrome-plated exhaust tailpipes distinguish the rear of the Carrera GTS models. The interior gets Alcantara and leather sport seats.
