2017 Hyundai Elantra pricing announced

The all-new 2017 Hyundai Elantra is here and Hyundai has announced that it will start at $17,150 – $100 less than the outgoing model. After you add in the $835 destination fee, that price jumps to $17,985, which is still cheaper than the 2016 model.

The all-new 2017 Hyundai Elantra is here and Hyundai has announced that it will start at $17,150 – $100 less than the outgoing model. After you add in the $835 destination fee, that price jumps to $17,985, which is still cheaper than the 2016 model.
The new Elantra will be offered in SE, Eco and Limited trim levels. The first models to arrive will be the SE and Limited models, which are both powered by a 2.0L Atkinson cycle 4-cylinder engine that generates 147 horsepower and 132 lb.-ft. of torque. The Eco model, which will arrive this spring, is powered by a turbocharged 1.4L engine that generates 128 horsepower and 156 lb-ft. Lastly a new Elantra Sport will arrive later in the year.

The base Elantra SE is available with a Popular Equipment package adds cruise control, rearview camera, and a seven-inch Display Audio system. A Tech package for the SE adds LED daytime running lights, Blind Spot Detection with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, and a hands-free smart trunk.

Pricing for the Elantra Limited starts at $22,350 with standard leather seating and offers a Tech Package that adds an eight-inch touchscreen navigation with Infinity premium audio system and the segment’s first application of Clari-Fi Music Restoration Technology. The available Limited Ultimate package adds a segment-first integrated memory system for the driver seat and outside mirrors, and new safety technology, like Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Lane Keep Assist System, and HID headlights with Dynamic Bending Light.
