Honda has announced that the restyled 2018 Honda Fit is now on sale with a starting price set at $17,065. The 2018 Fit gets updated styling and more technology, plus the introduction of a new Sport trim.

The 2018 Fit lineup gets small styling tweaks to the exterior, but if you want a more aggressive look, there’s the Fit Sport. The 2018 Fit Sport adds an aggressive front spoiler, rear diffuser, 16-inch black wheels and a chrome tailpipe. Pricing for the Fit Sport starts at $18,375.

On the tech front, the 2018 Fit is available with Honda Sensing, that adds Adaptive Cruise Control, Collision Mitigation Brake Braking System, Forward Collision Warning, Lane Keeping Assist System and Road Departure Mitigation with Lane Departure Warning. A 7-inch Display Audio touchscreen featuring Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility is standard on Fit Sport, EX and EX-L trims.

Under the hood the 2018 Fit is powered by a 1.5L four-cylinder engine with 130 horsepower and 114 lb-ft. of torque. Buyers can choose either a 6-speed manual transmission or CVT. The 2018 Fit gets retuned suspension dampers, a more rigid steering system and additional body reinforcements. Lastly the 2018 Fit is rated at up to 33/40 mpg if you choose the base Fit LX with the CVT, the manual is rated at 31/36 mpg.
