Earlier this week Car Online released a few official sketches of the upcoming Audi A1. Now they have posted an official photo of the upcoming Audi A7 that was also leaked.
The new A7 is Audi’s answer to the Mercedes CLS, Aston Martin Rapide and Porsche Panamera. The big four door coupe will be based on the next A6 when it arrives in showrooms in September 2009. The car will have a very low-slung profile and a graceful swept back stance.
The A7 will be powered by various V6 and V8 engines. The V10 will be reserved for the S7 and RS7 performance variants.
The car is expected to be cheaper than the A8 sedan, although the convertible version of the A7 could become the most expensive Audi.
