Nissan has announced that production of the all-new 2016 Nissan Maxima has started at its plant in Smyrna, Tennessee. The eighth-generation Nissan Maxima continues its mission as a "4-Door Sports Car" with its bold exterior and 300-hp V6.
In 2011 Nissan launched the first mainstream electric car, the Leaf. To much fanfare, it was introduced and went on sale right about the same time as Chevy's Volt.
