Honda unveiled the all-new 2017 Civic Type R a few weeks ago. The 306-hp Civic Type R is powered by a turbocharged 2.0L four-cylinder engine, which sounds great on paper – but now Honda is letting you hear how awesome it sounds.
Honda has released a promo video for the new Civic Type R and at the end the hatchback speeds off – letting you hear the sounds of what it’s packing under the hood.

The Civic Type R will only be available with a six-speed manual transmission that sends all that power to the front wheels. The Civic Type R is going to have its US debut next month at the New York Auto Show and is expected go on sale shortly after. Honda hasn’t announced the pricing yet, but it’s expected to start in the mid-$30k range.
