The one-off Bertone Jet 2+2 concept car that was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in March could enter limited production. Initially the concept was only planned as a one-off project for one of Bertone’s customers, but now it’s being reported that a limited production run is being considered.

Right now no decision has been made, since Aston Martin would need to figure out the legal issues and a name for the Rapide Shooting Brake model that would sit at the top of Aston Martin’s lineup. According to Autocar if the concept gets the go ahead then it could either be produced by Bertone if under ten units are produced. If more than ten units are planned, then it is likely that the model will be produced at Aston Martin’s plant in Gaydon.
