2015 Ferrari California T Packs a Twin-Turbo 560-HP V8

Ferrari has officially unveiled the 2015 Ferrari California T ahead of its debut next month at the Geneva Motor Show.

Ferrari has officially unveiled the 2015 Ferrari California T ahead of its debut next month at the Geneva Motor Show. The 2015 California T is now powered by a new 3.9-liter turbocharged V8 engine that generates 560 horsepower and 557 lb-ft. of torque.

With 70 more horsepower and 49 percent more torque than the old California, the 2015 California T reaches 0-62 mph in 3.6 seconds, .2 seconds faster than the outgoing 4.3L V8. Ferrari hasn’t released the official fuel economy specs, but Ferrari expects the 2015 California T to also be about 15 percent more fuel efficient with overall emissions being down 20 percent.

Besides the new engine, the 2015 California T gets a new front fascia that brings it in line with the rest of the Ferrari line up. Also the retractable hardtop retracts in a fast 14 seconds at the push of a button. Inside you’ll notice that the 2015 California T now has a new infotainment system with a 6.5″ screen.

Ferrari has not announced the pricing for the updated 2015 Ferrari California T, but expect more news from the show next month.
