Mercedes-Benz is going to reveal a new electric concept this fall at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show, which will preview a small hatchback called the EQ A. The new concept will preview a new small entry level hatchback electric car for the EQ-sub brand, reportedly called the EQ A.

The EQ A is just one of ten electric models that Mercedes-Benz is planning. The EQ A is expected to go on sale in 2020 and will compete with other small electric cars, like the BMW i3. As the entry-level model for the EQ sub-brand, the EQ A will have an attainable price in the mid $30k range. It will be based on the automaker’s modular electric architecture (MEA) and will likely take styling cues from the Generation EQ concept that debuted last year at the Paris Motor Show.
