The hand built Jaguar XE SV Project 8 follows 2014’s F-Type Project 7. With a supercharged 5.0L V8 under the hood, the Jaguar XE SV Project 8 packs a healthy 592 horsepower and 516 lb-ft. of torque, making it the most powerful Jaguar road car. The V8 is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive system. A carbon ceramic brake system is in charge of bringing the insane sedan to a stop. The Jaguar XE SV Project 8 can reach 60 mph in 3.3 seconds and has a top speed of 200 mph.

“Project 8 is a great example of what happens when enthusiastic designers, engineers and manufacturing specialists are given the opportunity to create an extreme performance sports car without compromise,” said John Edwards, Jaguar Land Rover Special Operations Managing Director. “Project 8 will be assembled by hand in the new SVO Technical Center, and we’re confident that our enthusiastic and demanding clients will love driving Project 8 as much we do!”

Besides the upgraded engine, the XE SV Project 8 also gets a carbon fiber front bumper with extra cooling ducts, a vented carbon fiber hood, 20-inch alloy wheels, an adjustable front splitter, a rear carbon fiber bumper, rear diffuser and an adjustable rear wing. You’ll also notice that the XE SV Project 8’s overall look, looks like the XE spent a few extra months in the gym with its flared body.

Now for the bad news, only 300 units will be produced. Jaguar hasn’t announced the pricing in the United States, but in the UK, it’s priced from £149,995.
