BMW has announced that it will reveal the all-new 2018 BMW X3 in a few days on June 26. The 2018 BMW X3 will be unveiled at BMW’s plant Spartanburg, South Carolina where it will be built.
BMW has released a few teasers of a camouflaged X3, but not many other details. We do know that the 2018 X3 will be based on BMW’s CLAR platform, which will help it drop around 200 pounds compared to the current X3. The 2018 X3 will also be a bit larger than the current model, which will give a roomier interior.

Under the hood, the X3 will be offered with a new plug-in hybrid powertrain and an M40i version is rumored that could have around 360 horsepower. An M version of the X3 is also in the works for the first time ever and sometime around 2020, BMW will release a fully electric X3.
