Chevy has announced that the 2016 Colorado pickup two-wheel drive with the Duramax turbo-diesel engine is rated at 31 mpg on the highway, making it the most fuel efficient truck in America. If you choose all-wheel drive its highway rating drops slightly to 29 mpg.

Chevrolet is now offering the subcompact Trax crossover for American consumption after a two-year run in the land of maple syrup and hockey. With an overall length of 168.5 inches, the Trax slots in between its two main competitors, the longer Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and the shorter Nissan Juke. Although taller than either of those vehicles, the Trax's 6.2 inches of ground clearance is less than the Outlander Sport or the Juke, highlighting the little Chevrolet's mission as more of an urban run-about than a mild off-roader.

Chevy has revealed two new special versions of the 2016 Colorado pickup - the Colorado Midnight Edition and Z71 Trail Boss. Both models are meant to add some new bolder options to the Colorado lineup. According to Chevy, the Midnight Edition is design for the city, while the Z71 Trail Boss lives up to its name by being designed for a less civilized environment.

Chevy has announced that the all-new 2016 Chevy Volt can travel up to 53 miles in electric mode, which is nearly a 40 percent improvement over the first-generation Volt. The EPA has also certified that the new Volt has a combined rating of 106 MPGe.

Chevy has unveiled the 2016 Corvette Z06 C7.R Edition, which is a road-going, track-capable homage to the Corvette Racing C7.R race cars.
