2018 VW Teramont to be powered by four-cylinder and V6 engines

Volkswagen has yet to fully unveil or even confirm the name for its upcoming three-row SUV, but it's been reported that the automaker has chosen the "Teramont" name for the new SUV. VW hasn't announced when the Teramont will debut, but the automaker has released a preview video of the new SUV, which reveals what will be available under the hood.

The standard Teramont will be powered by a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine that will generate 238 horsepower, but if you need a bit more power, a 280-hp 3.6L V6 will be available. A plug-in hybrid four-cylinder is also expected.
