Land Rover is releasing a new lower priced version of the popular 2013 Range Rover Evoque, the five-door "Pure" model. The new lower-priced Evoque is described as a "more accessible" model that features an aluminum alloy roof in place of the panoramic laminated glass roof standard on other Range Rover Evoque models, and an interior trimmed in leather and Dinamica synthetic suede.
The 2013 Range Rover Evoque is now available with a new optional Range Rover Park Assist that helps make parallel parking easier. To aid in exploring unmapped areas, Land Rover Off-Road navigation has been added to the Evoque.
All Range Rover Evoque models are powered by a 2.0L, 240-horsepower turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, which is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission and a full-time four-wheel drive system. The Range Rover Evoque isthe most fuel-efficient Range Rover model, with a 28 MPG highway and 20 MPG city rating.
"Many prospective buyers are customers who have not considered Land Rover before, and yet are excited by the unique design, premium technologies and compact size that the Range Rover Evoque offers," said Land Rover's Global Brand Director, John Edwards.
