McLaren P1 Unveiled Ahead of its Debut in Paris

McLaren has just dropped the first official photos of its latest supercar, the McLaren P1, which is going to debut later this month at the 2012 Paris Motor Show. McLaren Automotive Managing Director Antony Sherriff, described the goal of the new P1, "To make the most exciting, most capable, most technologically advanced and most dynamically accomplished supercar ever made - not necessarily to be the fastest in absolute top speed but to be the quickest and most rewarding series production road car on a circuit."


The McLaren P1 will be the result of 50 years of racing and road car heritage," McLaren Automotive Executive Chairman Ron Dennis stated.
