GM has taken the wraps off the all-new 2013 Chevy TrailBlazer at the Dubai International Motor Show.

The 2013 Chevy TrailBlazer is going to be sold around the world, beginning in Thailand in early 2012 and has been previewed by the show version you see here. According to GM the new TrailBlazer combines the hauling and towing capability of a body-on-frame SUV with the ride comfort and efficiency of a crossover. The TrailBlazer shares its platform with the new Colorado pickup.

The Trailblazer show vehicle is powered by GM's new 2.8L Duramax turbo-diesel engine mated to an all-wheel-drive system. Although the TrailBlazer that is debuting in Dubai is labeled as a "show vehicle," the production version is expected to be very close to this when it arrives next year.

As of right now, GM claims that the TrailBlazer will not be sold in the U.S.
