Mini unveiled the Paceman concept earlier this year, which was a three-door concept based on Mini's new crossover, the Countryman. The concept was dubbed as the first Sports Activity Coupe in the premium small segment market. 
When the Mini Paceman concept was unveiled it was expected that Mini would eventually produce it. BMW's Ian Robertson also confirmed the plans to put the Paceman into production.
BMW recently trademarked the design of the Paceman, and those official patent images have now been uncovered. It looks like the official design of the Paceman isn't going to really change from the concept version. The three-door version of the Countryman is expected to be powered by the same engines as the Countryman.
