Toyota has just announced that the automaker is going to unveil a new dedicated hybrid concept at the Detroit Auto Show next month.

Toyota didn't release any details about the concept, but since its being labeled as a "dedicated hybrid concept" it will not be a hybrid version of anything currently in Toyota's lineup. It could however be a concept version of the upcoming Prius coupe or a wagon that has been rumored.

.......gross

Noya:

Agree Phil.

I'm so freaking sick of the whole "green" agenda I feel like punching the face of the next hippie I see (I'm in Oregon, so there's tons of them).

Phil:

@Noya
i live like 10 miles from Boulder, CO so i know how you feel. it gets old real fast lol

Patrick:

why do they even post articles on hybrids if they don't mention the mpg? That's the only thing I care about,not because I'm green,but because I'm cheap.

Yeh, I agree. So ridiculous to support a 'green' agenda built on some care or concern for the people and place that you live in rather than just trying to advance my own personal good.

On a more positive note, it would be nice to know a few more details about these kinds of press releases (e.g. MPG!).
