Ravicai:

Yes... still ugly. Looks like the love child of a Honda Insight and a Dodge Magnum, sprinkled with some Aztec.

Totenglocke:

Wow, and I thought the current Civic looked bad!

Phil:

hmm...i am not sure. i dont like it, but i dont know if i like it either. i cant see this being a real big seller.

Icester:

It's not just ugly, it's FUGLY! Visibility looks like it would be just awful.
But, put a V8 in it and give it decent pulling power, and they will come....

Andy:

Yep still fugly'
Honda need to do their homework before launching such vehicles, coz they effect the whole lineup, especially when you have Kia's and hyundai's launching promising models one after another.

Time to take things 4 granted are long gone!

s_howl:

this is way beyond ugly...
current accord ( european model) and especially the wagon version ( in white with black sunroof) is one of the best looking cars in the class ....this will be at the very bottom of its class ...the uglyness is comperable to some ssangyong cars ..... not just butt-ugly ..its fat butt ugly

jettto:

horrible... seems like honda is becoming too american... FUGLY!

426Hemi:

OMG, this Accord is soooo cute. I just want to hug it, treat it to ice cream, and cuddle up to it at night.

Chad:

Ha! 426Hemi, you are such a pervert! I'm calling the Internet Police.

Arthur Pappas:

Just when you thought Honda couldn't produce a more sterile & uninteresting vehicle, they set the bar to a new low.

SteelCity1981:

Boring would be better then this thing.

WS:

Not quite as ugly as that first photo, which never should have been sent out in the first place. Still, this car won't win any beauty contests. They should rename it the HFT... the Honda Family Truckster.

Chris:

I am a little insulted as an American, why is it that the ugliest cars always end up in America. Man the European have these nice sleek looking rides and the Japanese have the same. What is going on that car makers think we have this crazy nasty taste for something big an ugly. This thing is ugly, and I have been a die hard fan of Honda for a long time, if this is the crap they are going to continue to bring out then I am going to find another car maker to buy from.

Quint:

Americans get these ugly things because all of the "die hard fan of Honda" folks buy them. Also because it seems to have become anti-American to buy American cars.

Mazda6 Guy:

This is one ugly vehicle; the answer to the question nobody asked. They will sell it however. People are sheep, and since this is the new Honda, then people will want it.

Mike D:

Its pretty ugly... i wouldn't buy it or lease it or even want it in my driveway.... they may build reliable cars, but they need to make them look cool too... hell, even Toyota has said they build boring cars and are going to do something about it... Now if they can tell GM and Chrysler that... things might get a bit better here in Detroit.

DuDe:

Honda cars have always been ugly, just as most of other Japanese vehicles (IMHO). People buy them not for looks, but for value and reliability. One of my cars is an Accord and I always have thought it was really bland-looking, however you cannot beat what you get for less than 20K in a car like this. I have learned to like it overtime for its other qualities.

Peter:

This is as ugly as the Acura ZDX. Is this basically the same as the Acura without the bling?

wvo:

This is so ugly it could fry a toad.

andy:

HONDA AZTEC.........!

kw:

For a cross-over it's ok, but that's not really a complement. I mean this isn't BAD looking, but all cross-overs look bulky and ungainly.

I think it's a category where people need to give up on hopes of 'prettiness' and just surrender to 'functional.'

Brian:

What the hell is functional about a cross-over?

It's got slightly more room than a sedan? If you need more space that badly buy a wagon or an SUV.

Ravicai:

This car is as broken as the comment system on this site =P

Trooper Bri:

The comment system works fine. Click the post button ONCE and wait.

I'm getting sick of the word crossover (or crossport, crosstour, whatever!) quickly. In the auto industry it appears to mean "we can't decide what segment we want to build this vehicle in" for the most part.

It's a freakin' wagon Honda. The past Accord wagon looked fine, and so would this without the identity crisis welded on behind the rear doors.

fish:

still ugly...

Utaka:

Anybody remember the AMC Eagle 4WD wagon? It didn't sell well 30 years ago and I'm pretty sure this modernized version of it won't fare any better.

Ravicai:

@ Trooper Bri: If your idea of 'working' means clicking once and then waiting for the page to time out after a minute, then yes, it functions beautiful.

You and I know how it works, but many others don't, hence the multiple reposts in every thread.

How hard would it be to fix this thing?

kw:

@ Brian:

"What the hell is functional about a cross-over?"

True. Good point.

harryo:

It's starting to look like my 79 Celica!

madnug:

omg. this is definitely ssangyong azzfugly.

kn:

Is this not alot like the new 5 series?
People ooh and aw the BMW and Say the honda is ugly. Hypocrites
