Sandman:

Imports getting hammered as well.

Funny thing the only company riding high is Ford. Makes you wonder what they would have done with some of that money being passed around.

sparky:

So, not just American cars suffering eh? huge cuts in production already, thousands in layoffs. Toyota, Nissan, Honda, etc..

At this rate, they will be asking for a bailout soon.

Go Ford.

426Hemi:

I wonder how this will effect Noya's impor ego.

zippy:

Realistically, Ford is not flying high. They seem best positioned to turn it around compared with GM and Chrysler, but they are still bleeding cash rather badly. Honda and Toyota are nowhere near as in bad shape.
But yes, all the manufacturers are feeling a bite right now cause so few people are buying cars.
I think Ford is going to be ok. They started smacking their union down a few years ago and they took their really big losses when during that time when they were still selling a lot of vehicles.

RX-7 Guy:

Ummmmm, Fords sale are down 32% this year while their market share did go up by 0.7%. I would hardly call that flying high.

We are just at the beginning of this downturn. Its going to get a whole lot worse before things get better.

426Hemi:

Hmm.... four days and still no comment from Noya. He must be reeeeeeeeeeally ashamed about this.

Trooper Bri:

@ Hemi

I see that Fast & Furious: Tokyo Drift has been on cable this week. That may explain it.

426Hemi:

@Trooper Bri

I don't think so. That movie ends with a 350Z loosing to a Mustang.
