Last month was a horrible month for automobile sales with most automakers posting double digit declines. Well decreased sales and profits are also cutting into the product plans for many automakers as well. BMW has announced that the Concept CS is not going to be produced because the vehicle will not be profitable.
This news means that the 7 Series will remain the top vehicle in BMW's lineup. The Concept CS was designed as a four-door coupe that was meant to compete with the Porsche Panamera, Aston Martin Rapide, and Mercedes-Benz CLS.

Are you serious Sparky? That's one of the ugliest vehicles I've ever seen. I'm glad BMW isn't building it.

I think it is a good looking car... but I can never call a foor-door vehicle a coupe. It isn't. It is a sedan with coupe-like shape. Argh. It's like calling the BMW M3 Sedan a coupe because it is sporty.
I guess "sedan" isn't a sporty word these days.
