Infiniti has released one single photo of the upcoming G37 Convertible before its official unveiling at the Los Angeles Auto Show this November.
Infiniti hasn't released the full details on the hardtop convertible. What we do know is that it will feature a three-piece retractable hardtop and be powered by the same 320+ horsepower 3.7L V6 as the coupe and now the sedan.
Stay tuned for more details soon.

Come'on Jim, the convertible market is lacking with only what....the BMW 3, 350z, S2000 (dead this year) and the Mustang GT (gasp) as the only RWD semi-affordable sporty cars.

Normally I don't like convertibles and with the 350Z you'd think this would be redundant (just like the 350Z/G37 currrently is), but somehow I think it looks better than the 350, so it can stay. Though maybe they should just get rid of the 350 altogether.

Its not even that I dislike the 350, it just seems kind of pointless with the G37 existing. The G37 has very similar tech specs (almost the exact same), looks better, has better options and is cheaper. They need to make the 350Z lighter and smaller and cut down on the luxury features. This will improve the performance and lower the price a bit. It should also help to differentiate it stylistically, which is needed since its currently just a slightly less pretty G37. Right now the only reason to choose the 350 is because you're a ricer and/or you think there are too many G37s on the road and you want to be different.
