Allen:

Why do they still make the S2000 anyway? Common, its as old if not older than some Ford platforms. Ford!

I know its still a competent car that can beat cars with more power (a S2000 manhandles a Mustang anyday of the week), but really, with 8 years to improve the technology and engineering, I think Honda could of done something for this platform!

I agree, the S2000 was way ahead of its time just like the Acura NSX but I think a major change is needed.

All they need is a factory supercharged option with a Jackson roots blower and offer it with 300 HP 300 TQ with 80% of peak torque at 2,000 RPM.

John:

I agree with Chris. They need a factory supercharged/Turbocharged option for the S2000, its lacking too much in the TQ department compared to similar priced cars. The S2000 was made 8 years ago before the recient horsepower war started. I think a refresh with a Turbo 4 or a high revving v6 would be just FANTASTIC.
