The upcoming sedan version of the BMW M3 has yet to be officially unveiled, but spy photographers have caught the sedan without any camo.
The M3 sedan is most likely going to be powered by the same 4.0L V8 that is going to be offered in the coupe.
The 420hp M3 sedan will most likely be officially unveiled next month at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
Would you rather buy the M3 sedan over the Audi RS4 or the upcoming Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG?

Ever since the early 2000's M3 I think the styling has gone down hill...
That just looks like a regular 3 Series with bigger rims.

I'm really disappointed with the new M3. I'd rather have a 335i with a vishnu chip and exhaust. That will be as fast plus I'd get to pocket $20k.

BMW looks really have gotten kind of boring the last bunch of years. I still love the 3 series just because they are good cars (and are still RWD), but I would probably drive an RS4 over this.

I've got to agree with 'tgom' on this one. It just doesn't seem cost effective to me to buy an M3 when I can save a ton of cash by buying a 335 and adding a chip and exhaust. Either way I'm still in the 12's. The 335 will be a better daily driver and the insurance will be a LOT lower as well.
Truth be told though, I'm still saving my pennies for a C63 AMG...

New automotive styling cues always perturb our comfort levels. It's change; we react to change. M3s have never been for everyone and that's my issue with the e92 Ms. 4 Door sedans? Possibly a sportwagon M3? PLEASE! Every model in the BMW line have sales influenced by the 3 series sport and racing heritage and championships. We didn't need a smaller M5. I'll be interested to see if demand for the new Ms result in $7500- $15K dealer Add-On premiums as did my 2002 e46. As for the comments about performance chips and exhaust mods on a 335 ....just imagine those exact same mods on the e92! Change is constant.

the new m3 is critically compared to its predecessors and im finding it a bit unfair. Yes, they were good cars but the csl version of this m3 needs to be better both the sedan and the coupe
