BMW has already created the wagon variant of the popular MINI, dubbed the Clubman, but now there are rumors that BMW may be working on another version of the car. There are rumors circulating that BMW has already given the green light to produce a compact SUV that will be reminiscent of the early MINI off-roaders.
The early MINI off-roaders were called the Austin Ant and the MINI Moke. BMW may use the Moke name for the future SUV.
If the SUV is built it could be built at BMW's U.S. Spartanburg plant, which currently produces the BMW X5 and the Z4 Roadster.
The SUV is expected around the end of the decade.

I think the Mini Moke sounds better than the Mini Ant. I think it looks really nice. It would be neat to have it built in the USA.
How about a Mini Cooper roadster? It would be a two seater with a powered hard top. It would be ultra cool; IMO.
