BMW Unveils the X5 M Sport...Too Bad The Only Changes are Cosmetic

BMW has unveiled a new M Sport package for the X5. The package includes sport upgrades to the interior and exterior of the SAV.

The exterior features a new body kit, an updated fascia, low profile roof rack and different 19" and 20" rims. The interior features new electrically-adjustable sport seats and an M steering wheel.

Too bad the M Sport package isn't like the M package on the 3-series or 5-series. This package is purely cosmetic. There isn't any word yet if the package will make it to the US.

I can't imagine anyone opting for that. It looks tacked on and it's fugly.

M sport package has traditionally been only cosmetic changes. this is completely different from the actual M cars.
