2008 Saab 9-3 Receives a New Front End...Will Anyone Care?

There have been numerous postings lately of spy photos of the upcoming 2008 Saab 9-3. This latest photo shows the front end of the sedan with very little (if any) camouflage.

The front end of the car is inspired by the Aero X Concept that was displayed at the 2006 Geneva Auto Show. That concept car was so well received that Saab decided to use a similar front end on the 9-3 models.

Does it work? Will people actually buy this car over a G35, IS-Series or 3-Series?

I think it's a nice looking car the 9-3. too bad it's not rear wheel drive.

I CARE SO WHAT.

Trent:

its getting all wheel drive.. BETTER than rear wheel drive.. i like saab but any parts on a saab that are low quality are gm provided.. gm is like a disease.. a sickness.. infecting saab (and whatever else they touch) gm is inferior.. im going to enjoy watching them fall apart

MFS:

I have to agree with another post on this forum . . . GM is the problem. That said, I love the new Saab 93 but I refuse to buy another Saab because of GM. I currently own a Saab 93 (2004) and enjoyed dealing with SAAB in Europe. My problems all started once I came back to the states this past July and had to interface with GM. Bottom line, if GM lets Saab go I'll buy a new 93. If not, I'll be spending my money next summer at Audi.
