Braman MINI Palm Beach placed this photo of the yet to be released new MINI convertible on their website in the "New Car Specials" section. What is interesting is the fact that MINI has yet to release info and specs on the upcoming convertible. The current MINI convertible is still based on the last generation MINI and not the all-new 2007 version that was released two months ago.
According to MINI photos of the new convertible do not exist. So either MINI is remaining quiet on the topic or someone in Palm Beach managed to create a good Photoshop of the new convertible.
Either way we can assume that the new convertible will look very close to this picture, even though we do not know where it came from.

To check if The Torque Report was correct I went to Braman Mini's website to see if there was an error with the post on there website. I didn't see a Mini Convertible listed as 2008 on Braman Mini "new cars specials" website. This website (the torque report) is posting fabricated information, which demonstrates lack of creditability.

Good point Hasan. Websites never make updates so your comment seems totally reasonable. Seriously?
