Volvo has released pricing for the 2008 Volvo C30 that will go on sale in the U.S. this coming October. The C30 Version 1.0 will start at $22,700 and comes standard with the turbocharged T5 five-cylinder producing 227hp, a 160 watt stereo, 17" wheels and power windows.
The C30 Version 2.0 starts at $25,700 and comes with a 650 watt stereo, 18" wheels and a body kit. The standard transmission is a six-speed manual and the automatic will add $1,250 to the price. Navigation and Bi-Xenon headlights are optional.
The C30 will be the lowest priced Volvo.
The car should be a great competitor to the GTI considering the starting price and the standard 227hp!

Wow a hatchback that I actually like. I think this car would be an extremly fun car to drive, and will probably stomp the competition, not to mention it will be tough as hell because its a volvo.
