The Temple of VTEC apparently received a tip that the recently released Honda Crossroad is going to come to the U.S. The new SUV would slot in between the new CR-V and Honda Pilot. Currently the car is offered with a 1.8L 4-cyl and a 2.0L 4-cyl. If this vehicle does come to the U.S. neither of those engines will work here. Seeing as the CR-V has the 2.4L engine, this car would at least need this engine to pull around its 7 passengers, a small V-6 would be even better to differentiate it from the CR-V!

I would buy one of these in a second if it gets better gas mileage than the Pilot. The Pilot gets poor gas mileage and the CRV is a little too small. I also like the tougher look over the more feminine looking Pilot and CRV. I don't want a V6 if it means less mpg. The 2.4L sounds just about right. Unlike many people, I'll take better mpg over more power anyday.
I saw Honda Crossovers driving around Hong Kong and Shanghai. They looked pretty nice. But I didn't get a chance to check one out close up.

I discovered the Crossroad is actually 9 inches shorter than the CRV and only gets 2 mpg more than the CRV. How is that placed between the Pilot and the CRV? I don't see a market for it here in the US.

Not new Element, different concept. Also, Crossroad and Element currently both on Japanese market. Question if Crossroad is to replace no longer available HR-V in Europe.

This thing is super ugly, but that seems to be the trend with Honda designs of late.
Besides, what will become of the Element if they bring this here? It already is slotted between the CR-V and Pilot? And I do not believe this IS the 09' Element.
Hmmmmmmmmmmm.

Some of us out here really want an Element type vehicle but also better mpg than the current model. A 1.8l engine model getting at least 24mpg would have me standing in line at the Honda dealership.

PS. As the previous address of an e-mail has been removed also all letters on it have been lost I is compelled to make this dispatch once again.
PS2. To send url your site on an e-mail stop.web.spam@gmail.com is a unique way to avoid a spam from me. To write abuses to the various "stop spam" sites - it is useless.
PS3. Your addresses of an e-mail are not necessary to me, you can create an e-mail through free service and send me yours url through this e-mail
PS4. sorry for my bad English :)
