2008 Volkswagen R32

Volkswagen used the Chicago Auto Show to announce the return of the the R32. According to VW the R32 delivers the "ultimate in Volkswagen sports performance with dynamic handling and refined road manners".

Power for the new car will come from a 3.2L non-turbo V6, with 250 horsepower and 236 ft. lbs of torque. The car will also come standard with the 4MOTION all-wheel-drive system. With the DSG transmission, VW is predicting 0-60 in about 6.4 seconds.

I love this car! I wanted the new GTI when it came out and this car is even better!

There is no word on pricing yet.

Mike M:

Are any of the VW aftermarket companies like Neuspeed working on turbo kits or other parts for this car yet? With AWD...I would want to at least get 250+ WHP.

s4-ever:

buy a b5 s4 and put a stage 3 .. 440hp ... or just a chip ~320hp
